Phonics - Week Beginning 11th May

This week, we are going to be focusing on 'ar', 'ur' and 'er', as well as tricky words. 

Monday - 'ar' sound

Watch Geraldine the Giraffe to recap the 'ar' sound - Geraldine the Giraffe - ar

Use a dice and the below grid to try and make a line across the grid. Then, choose one of the words from your line and create a sentence containing that word.

(If you don't have a dice, you could draw the faces on six squares of paper, scrunch them up and choose them at random, until you make a row.)
