Keeping Active at Home!

Afternoon, 

It's important for us all to keep busy and active during this time at home. 


Many of you may have heard of 'The Body Coach' , Joe Wicks. He is an international fitness guru and during this time he is delivering daily P.E lessons every morning at 9am on his YouTube channel.

As well as this, you can also find many workouts for children on Go Noodle. We use this site daily in school and our children are familiar with many of the workouts.
